Change of Heart? No Problem!

We understand circumstances change. If you decide our services aren’t the right fit within 7 days of installation,  we’ll work with you to remove the equipment, subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Think of it like a fire drill exit strategy – we’ll help you out safely!

Dispute Resolution: Keeping Things Civil

In the unlikely event of a disagreement, we’ll strive to resolve it amicably. If that fails, we’ll follow a defined dispute resolution process.
